随着近些年来,科技服务业的不断崛起,湖北省越来越重视科技服务业的发展。本文采用定量分析多角度对湖北省科技服务业进行研究：首先,建立指标评价库,通过指标筛选原则确定初始指标体系,并采用灰色关联度检验指标体系的正确性从而确定最终的指标体系；其次,根据所建立的指标体系,采用因子分析法和聚类分析法综合评价湖北省在全国的排名并指出湖北省科技发展中存在的不足之处；最后,给出湖北省科技服务业在发展中的提高竞争力水平的对策建议,

Abstract:

In recent years, with the science and technology service industry rising, Hubei province pays more and more attention to the development of it. This paper studies science and technology service industry in hubei province using the quantitative analysis from multiple perspectives: First of all, the paper established index evaluation library through the principles of index screening to determine the initial index system, and uses the grey correlation test the correctness of the index system to determine the final index system; Secondly, the paper evaluated Hubei province in the national ranking and pointed out the deficiency existing in the development of science and technology industry using he method of factor analysis and cluster analysis according to the established index system of comprehensive evaluation with of hubei province; Finally, the paper gave some suggestions to the development of science and technology service industry in hubei province.
