协同创新作为我国创新驱动发展战略的重要建设内容,是实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的现实发展需要。本文基于内外因视角分析总结了我国高校教师参与协同创新的现状及存在的主要问题,并从政府、高校、企业三个层面围绕加强政府统筹、营造协同创新氛围、创新考核评价办法、建立长效激励机制、改进利益分配方式等方面提出高校教师参与协同创新激励机制构建与优化的对策建议。

As an important content in the construction of Innovation driven development strategy in our country, collaborative innovation is the realistic development needs of realizing "two century goals". This paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation and main problems of our college students to participate in collaborative innovation from the angles of both internal and external causes, and put forward relevant countermeasure on the construction and optimization of faculty"s participation in collaborative innovation incentive mechanism around strengthening government"s overall planning functions, creating a collaborative innovation environment, innovating assessment approaches, establishing long-term incentive mechanism, improving the way of profit distribution from three aspects: government, colleges and enterprises.
