互联网知识经济时代,实施开放式创新是企业创新战略必然选择,然而很多企业的开放式创新是失败的。基于开放式创新实施过程及挑战,借鉴相关文献论文构建了开放式创新下外部技术与内部研发协同管理体系,包括资源分配协同、战略文化协同、技术协同和组织协同四个维度,从资源分配、战略文化、技术和组织管理等方面提出了成功实施开放式创新的措施和路径。论文理论上完善了开放式创新过程管理研究,实践上为企业成功实施开放式创新提供了有价值的管理启示。

In the era of internetwork and knowledge economy, it is inevitable choice of innovation strategy that the enterprise carry out open innovation, but many enterprise’s open innovation are unsuccessful. The paper build a collaborative management systems composed of resource allocation coordination, strategy cultule coordination,technology coordination and organization coordination based on open innovation’s phrases and challenge ,and put forward some measures and paths to carry out open innovation successfully through resource allocation, strategy cultule, technology and organization management.The paper improve theoretically the research on the process of open innovatio,and provide useful inspiration for carrying out sucessfully open innovation in practice.
