医药企业技术创新效率直接影响和决定着医药产业竞争力。根据查阅文献获得的数据,选取2007-2014年我国28个省级区域医药企业数据作为研究样本,运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法从整体、区域的视角对医药企业技术创新效率进行实证评价,深入分析中国医药企业技术创新效率的变化,通过指数分解剖析中国医药企业技术创新过程中的技术变化率和资源变化率,确定影响中国医药企业技术创新效率的主要因素。在此基础上提出相应对策。

The technological innovation efficiency of Pharmaceutical companies directly affected and determined the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry. According to the available data, this article selected the pharmaceutical enterprise data between 2007 and 2014 from 28 province in China as samples, and using DEA-Malmquist index method to analyses the innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical industry from both the whole and regional prospect,. This article also analyze the changes of pharmaceutical companies’ efficiency in depth, and decompose the technical change rate and the rate of change of resource with the index decomposition. Combining with the results of the empirical study, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
