论企业知识产权经营与管理效率提升的理论路径*

摘要:

企业知识产权经营与管理效率是企业在知识产权经营活动与管理活动取得的成效与支出成本间的比例,表征经营、管理活动的成效高低,由知识产权创造、运用、保护与管理效率构成了企业知识产权经营与管理效率提升的内容。而从发展的过程来说,不同指标发展程度、不同组合形成了企业知识产权经营与管理效率的不同特征、由低到高的Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型模式的进阶制。企业应当以理论提升路径为指引,建立知识产权经营与管理效率提升的阶梯进路。

Abstract:

The management of enterprise intellectual property and the efficiency of management is the activities that are gained from enterprise in the intellectual property management and management activities and proportion between expenditure and cost, it shows the efficiency of management activity and contents of the management of enterprise intellectual property and the climbing efficiency of management consists of creation of intellectual property,application,protecting and efficiency of management.And from the process of development, different development of different index combinations to form advanced system that the enterprise intellectual property management and efficiency of management presents different characteristics, and should be divided into modes of four stages: Stage I, II, III, IV.Enterprise shall make this theory as the guide, and set up climbing ladder of the management of enterprise intellectual property and the efficiency of management .
