小微企业是社会经济增长的重要推动力,近年来我国大力鼓励全民创业,小微企业的数量增长迅速,但是小微企业在发展过程中面临诸多问题,例如缺少核心技术、持续经营的内在增长因素等。基于此,本文分析了小微企业网络化创新的影响因素,研究发现小微企业与7类主体网络关系的强度、规模和稳定性对小微企业创新能力的提高均具有显著的积极影响,而创新能力的提高在一定程度上能够为小微企业带来创新绩效。

Small and micro enterprise is an important driving force for social economic growth. In recent years, China vigorously encourages business startups, the number of small and micro enterprises is growing rapidly, but in the development process, small and micro enterprises are facing with many troubles, such as the lack of core technology and the internal growth factors of going-concern. Based on this, this paper analyzes the impact factors of small and micro enterprise’s innovation by social network, the study found that the strength, size and stability of small and micro enterprise’s 7 kinds of main social network, have a significant positive impact on innovation ability, and the improvement of innovation ability, in a certain extent, can bring innovation performance for small and micro enterprises.
