Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and ability of knowledge transfer in knowledge intensive enterprises, the theoretical basis and practical guidance are provided to further promote the knowledge sharing willingness among employees. Based on the existing literature research, under the knowledge intensity enterprise, has constructed the generation of staff difference to the knowledge transfer influence conceptual model. This article uses the network link form to carry on the questionnaire, then factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were applied to quantitative analysis. The research result indicates that the confidence level and loyalty has the remarkable promoter action to the enterprise generation of knowledge transfer, the cultural context and the knowledge transfer motivation has the remarkable promoter action to the enterprise generation of knowledge transfer, meanwhile, between enterprise staff"s confidence level and loyalty staff"s cultural environment and enterprise culture influence.
