危险货物与危险化学品的比较研究

摘要:

针对危险货物与危险化学品在生产监管中存在混淆的问题，本文从分类标准、涵盖内容、危险性类别和条目名称使用四个方面进行了详细的对比分析，发现二者共性与差异并存，建议通过构建标准化、系统化分类鉴定与识别体系，利用互联网和大数据技术搭建公信力信息平台，制定差异化和一体化管理政策，尽可能减少生产及监管中的问题，达到更加高效的管理。

Abstract:

S: In order to resolve the confusion problem in the process of production and supervision, the similarities and differences between dangerous goods and hazardous chemicals from four aspects of classification criteria, content, risk and item names used are analyzed. It is recommended to set up a standardized and systematic classification and identification system, develop a credible information platform through the Internet and big data technologies, formulate the differentiated and integrated management policy. It is hoped to minimize the problems and achieve more efficient management of dangerous goods through the above measures.
