从创新的内涵与相关背景出发，总结了知识创新和技术创新的含义，以DNA双螺旋结构为基础，仿生技术创新与知识创新，详细阐述它们的碱基的含义，站在双螺旋的视角对技术创新与知识创新关系进行研究，并建立起它们之间相互作用的双螺旋模型，对其过程也做了详细模拟，最后基于技术与知识的双螺旋模型结构对创新模式的形成基础、性质和特点进行了详细说明，旨在能够更深入地揭示创新的运行规律。

From the connotation of the innovation and the relevant background, author summarizes the meaning of knowledge innovation and technology innovation and gives a bionic technology innovation and knowledge innovation based on structure of DNA, elaborates the meaning of their bases in detail, then from a double helix point of view author researches on relationship between technological innovation and knowledge innovation. Author establishes the double helix model of the interaction between them, which process is simulated in detail. Finally, the foundation, nature and characteristics of the innovation model are explained based on the double helix model structure of technology and knowledge in detail, so as to reveal the operating rules of innovation more deeply.
