摘要:

利用IPC分类体系开展专利情报分析,可以准确地反应某一领域或地区技术发展变化情况和趋势。本文在对1985-2014年间陕西发明专利跨30年统计的基础上,采用IPC分类体系,运用内容分析法和专利地图法,通过集中度测度,对陕西地区专利技术的总体构成和技术创新态势进行了分析,明确了陕西技术创新的重点方向及薄弱区,掌握了重要专利权人技术创新活动及其优势,探讨了面临的问题与挑战,提出了建议。

Abstract:

The technology status quo and development trends in a field or area can be accurately described with an IPC (International Patent Classification) patent intelligence analysis. In this paper, aided with the IPC classification system, the overall constitutions of the invention patents and technical development trend of Shaanxi are outlined through a concentration measurement using content analysis method and patent map method following a statistical study on the invention patents in Shaanxi from 1985-2014. The hotspots as well as the feebleness of the technical innovation, the innovation activities of the important patentees as well as their advantages of have also been sketched out accordingly, and some challenges have been proposed later in the paper.
