国家实验室不仅对于基础研究和抢占技术竞争制高点发挥着关键作用,它的信息公开化程度,对于普及科学知识,提高公民科学意识和科学兴趣,推动大众创业万众创新具有重要意义；对于引导和启发科学工作者创新,促进实验室完善管理,提高创新绩效也具有促进作用。本文从公众对国家实验室的关注度、实验室网站的影响力,以及实验室信息公开化内容的绩效评价三个方面,对比分析了美国部分国家实验室信息公开化程度,研究发现：中国国家实验室在信息公开化的程度、影响力以及公开内容的全面性和有效性都有待提高。

National Laboratory not only plays a key role in basic research and seizing the commanding heights of technological competition,its degree of information disclosure also hasSimportantSsignificance for popularizing scientific knowledge, improving citizen"s awareness of science and scientific interest and promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation; To guide and inspire the creativity of scientific workers, promote the soundSmanagement of the laboratory and improve the performance of innovation,it also has role in promoting. This article conduct a comparative analysis with some American national laboratory in the degree of information disclosure. The comparative analysis are carriedSout in three aspects, that is the public awareness of national laboratory, the influence of national laboratory site , as well as the performance evaluation of national laboratory information disclosure content .The study found that: China"s national laboratory in the degree of information disclosure, influence and the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of disclosure content remains to be improved.
