Abstract:In this paper, the impact about the new generation of science and technology talent psychological behavior on behavior is taken as the starting point of the study. On this basis,this paper study the inherent mechanism between contract breach and anti-production behavior about the new generation of science and technology talent.This study was conducted under the guidance of a cross-level analysis model with moderating effect and mediating effect, that use empirical analysis of variance, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics and regression analysis to test the data.It is found that cynicism plays a mediating role in the above-mentioned main effect, and psychological capital indirectly mediates cynicism's mediating effect on the main effect.
