Effect mechanism of Contract Violation on Deviation Behavior About New Generation Science and Technology Talent —— A cross-level mediation model is adjusted

摘要:

以心理要素影响行为选择作为切入点，研究契约违背与新生代科技人才反生产行为的内在关系。基于一个具有调节效应和中介效应的跨层次分析模型，通过同源方差分析、验证性因素分析、描述性统计分析以及回归分析对数据进行实证检验。研究发现：契约违背正向影响新生代科技人才反生产行为，犬儒主义对契约违背与反生产行为之间的主效应关系发挥着中介作用，并且心理资本间接调节犬儒主义对主效应的中介效应。

Abstract:

In this paper, the impact about the new generation of science and technology talent psychological behavior on behavior is taken as the starting point of the study. On this basis,this paper study the inherent mechanism between contract breach and anti-production behavior about the new generation of science and technology talent.This study was conducted under the guidance of a cross-level analysis model with moderating effect and mediating effect, that use empirical analysis of variance, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics and regression analysis to test the data.It is found that cynicism plays a mediating role in the above-mentioned main effect, and psychological capital indirectly mediates cynicism's mediating effect on the main effect.
