[摘要]
本文首先通过文献挖掘法构建工业发展绿色度评价指标体系,通过构建扩展的灰色网格关联(GGI)矩阵方法对工业发展绿色度面板数据进行指标聚类分析,达到简化模型变量目的。引入平均差代替标准差来改进CRITIC客观赋值法对指标赋权,最后应用简化的VIKOR算法的工业发展绿色度综合评价方法对我国东部地区、中部地区、西部地区和东北地区长达十年的工业发展绿色度进行评价。动态评价对象变化的速度和加速度,刻画它们的发展趋势。最后,根据本文分析得出的结论有针对性的提出一些政策建议。

Firstly,industrial development green degree evaluation index system is built through literature mining method.Then apply gray grid incidence clustering method to the extended panel data for industrial development green degree index clustering analysis to achieve the purpose of simplifying the model variables.On this basis, a comprehensive industrial development green degree evaluation method combined CRITIC objective assignment method with the simplified VIKOR algorithm is used to evaluate China"s 4 regions" industrial development green degree for a decade.Afterwards, analyze the speed and acceleration of the object changes to portray their trends. Finally, put forward some policy recommendations based on the conclusions of this article.
