本文基于随机前沿分析方法，运用2010-2014年21个地区动漫企业面板数据，分析了知识产权保护对动漫企业创新效率的影响。结果表明，强化知识产权保护能够提升动漫企业创新效率。对其影响渠道的进一步研究还表明，知识产权保护主要通过版权引进、版权交易、吸收能力和技术差距对创新效率产生影响的，并且在不同影响渠道中的作用有所差异。一方面，知识产权保护能够促进版权引进、激励版权交易、提高吸收能力，对创新效率产生显著的正向推动。另一方面，知识产权保护强化了技术差距对创新效率的抑制作用。

Based on the 21 province-level panel data of Chinese anime enterprise over the period 2010-2014, the paper estimates the innovation efficiency of animation enterprise using the stochastic frontier analysis method, and applies technical inefficiency equation to analysis the intellectual property protection’s effect on innovation efficiency, and analyzes the impact channels for intellectual property protection to influence innovation efficiency. Research result shows that intellectual property protection can promote the innovation efficiency. Research also reveals that intellectual property protection is mainly through four channels to exert the influence including copyright importation, copyright trading, absorption ability and technology gap, and plays different roles in different channels. Strengthening intellectual property protection can enhance copyright importation, copyright trading and absorption ability, and further improve innovation efficiency. However, Intellectual property protection still strengthens the technological gap’s negative effect on the innovation efficiency.
