基于利益相关者视角的技术转移认知与参与情况调查研究——以广东省医药领域为例

摘要:

本研究以广东省为例，对医药领域的三类技术转移利益相关者：科研人员、科研管理人员、技术转移机构工作人员的技术转移认知与参与情况进行调查，采用SPSS20进行数据分析，发现三类技术转移利益相关者存在技术转移认知度较差、主观能动性不强、参与度低、专业背景单一四方面问题，并针对存在的问题提出了对策建议，以期为广东省医药领域技术转移水平的提高和人才队伍建设提供参考。

Abstract:

This study took a questionnaire survey to the three kinds of technology transfer stakeholders in the field of medicine : scientific researchers l, scientific managers, technology transfer agency staff ,investigating their cognition and participation of technology transfer .We use SPSS20 to analyze the data and find there are four problems as technology transfer awarenesscase ,weak subjective initiative , low participation and single professional background.And we put forward the countermeasures on the existing problems to provide the reference to raise the level of technology transfer in medical industry and enhance the construction of technology transfer team in Guangdong province .
