实施创新驱动发展战略是经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然结果。本文梳理了广东实施创新驱动发展战略的现状,并探索提出了在政治、经济、文化、社会、生态“五位一体”总布局框架下,广东实施创新驱动发展战略的具体路径,包括完善科技创新政策、构建科技金融体系、加强文化科技创新融合、推进教育和人才培养以及营造良好知识产权创新生态等。

Abstract:

the implementation of innovation driven development strategy is the inevitable result of economic and social development to a certain stage. This paper introduces the present situation of Guangdong’s innovation-driven development strategy, and based on the political, economic, cultural, social and ecological “five-in-one” framework, puts forward the exploration in the specific path of Guangdong’s implementation of innovation-driven development strategy. The path includes: improving the policies and regulations system, building financial system of supporting innovation, strengthening the integration development of cultural, innovation and science and technology, and promoting the education and cultivation of talents as well as creating a good innovation ecology of intellectual property right, etc.
