基于SD的海尔集团“互联网 ”技术创新模式研究

摘要:

海尔集团自2013年起进入网络化战略阶段，在此战略下提出了“企业平台化”、“人创客化”的创新理念，并围绕该理念率先在传统制造业领域建立了海尔集团“互联网 ”技术创新模式。本文通过梳理影响海尔集团技术创新模式的主要因素，建立相关子系统的因果回路图，根据各影响因素之间的因果逻辑关系并借助VENSIM建模软件建立模型，最终进行模拟仿真。通过仿真结果发现该技术创新模式存在的问题，提出相关建议，以期能够在类似企业进行推广。

Abstract:

Haier Group had entered into the stage of network strategy since 2013, and put forward the concept of “enterprise as a open platform”, “everyone is the guest of the innovation”. Haier Group become the first enterprise of the traditional manufacturing industry which had established the “Internet Plus” technology innovation model based on this conception. Firstly in this paper, we will establish relevant subsystems causal loop diagram by analyzing the main factors influencing the technology innovation model.Secondly we will use the VENSIM modeling software to establish a model which is based on the logical causal relationship between various influencing factors. And simulated the simulation finally. We will find some problems and put forward some relevant suggestions through the simulation results of this technology innovation model. In order to it can carry on the promotion in the similar enterprises.
