协同创新以开放、信任、共享为前提,促进创新资源的整合、流动与共享,实现1+1+1>3的协同效应。高校、研究机构和企业等不同主体以及各主体的内部功能单元均可成为网络组织的活性结点,形成多层次的网络组织。本文基于网络组织这一组织形式,对研发协同创新机制进行研究,提出从战略、契约、资源、利益分享、持续改进等五个方面构建研发协同创新机制。

Collaborative innovation places open, trust and share as preconditions to break the barriers between different organizations, and promote integration, flow and sharing of innovative resources to achieve the synergy of 1+1+1> 3. Since the high initial investment, long R&D cycle, easy plagiarism, difficult measurement of innovative results and other characteristics, it is not easy to carry out multi-body collaborative innovation. Therefore mechanisms for collaborative innovation based network organization are researched.Between universities, research institutions and enterprises as well as inside themselves could form network organizations, which means universities, research institutions and enterprises, as well as their functional units all have the ability to become active nodes of network organization. It is found that collaborative innovation mechanisms should be at least composed of five mechanisms: strategic synergy, contract synergy, resource synergy, benefit-sharing synergy, and continuous improvement synergy.
