我国对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应的研究起步相对较晚,随着“走出去”战略决策的实施,对外直接投资(OFDI)呈现出逆势增长的趋势,与此相关的对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应的研究逐渐成为学者关注的热点,但相关的理论和实证分析还没有形成系统清晰的脉络。文章主要从对OFDI的逆向技术溢出机理、影响因素、研究视角以及逆向技术溢出效应的差异性四个方面,尝试对该领域研究最新动态进行系统的梳理和论述,并尝试构建一条以“研发互动—成果传递—内部吸收”为主线的循环技术溢出模型,据此分析已有研究的进展,并对该领域的未来工作提出相关的建议。

The research of the reverse technology spillover effect on OFDI in China is relatively late start, with the "going ou being implemented, Outward Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI) showing a contrarian growth trends, the associated research has becoming the focus of attention of scholars, but the relevant theoretical and empirical analysis of the system has not formed a clear context. This paper will try to systematically combing and discuss the latest developments in this field mainly from four aspects such as the reverse technology spillover mechanism of OFDI、the effect factors、the research perspective and the differences of it. We will try to build a main line of the overflow cycle model with "R D Interactive- Results transfer - Internal absorb "to progress on previous studies and make recommendations for the future work in this area.
