企业技术创新能力与服务能力耦合评价研究

摘要:

随着服务型制造模式的兴起,技术创新能力与服务能力成为了制造企业核心能力系统中两个重要内容。研究发现两者之间存在互相作用、相互影响的耦合关系；在企业知识资产的作用下,通过共有的知识基础、共有的知识载体以及两者间的知识交流来实现彼此间联系。从“投入—产出”角度分别构建技术创新能力与服务能力的评价指标体系,利用“三系数法”可计算出两者的耦合协调程度。研究为企业评价和调控两者间的互动关系提供理论依据。

Abstract:

With the development of the service-orientedSmanufacturing model, technology innovation capability and service capability are two important contents in the system of the enterprise"s core competence. This study found that: There are coupling relationship between the two; under the action of knowledge assets, the coupling relation is realized through the common knowledge base, common carrier of knowledge and the exchange of knowledge; the evaluation index system of technological innovation capability and service capability is constructed from the angle of input and output,Sand we used “three coefficient method” to calculate the coupling coordinative degree. This research provided a theoretical basis for the evaluation and regulation of the interaction between technology innovation capability and service capability.S
