企业在实施双元创新时,必须考虑双元创新协同性及其前因变量。文章首先在文献综述和理论分析的基础上,探讨了网络能力与双元创新协同性之间的因果关系,以及环境动态性对上述关系的调节效应,提出了有关的研究假设和概念模型。然后通过问卷调查和实证研究,对上述研究假设和概念模型进行了检验。实证结果表明：网络能力对双元创新平衡性有负向影响,对双元创新互补性、协同性有正向影响；网络能力的网络愿景、网络构建、关系管理维度对双元创新平衡性有负向影响,网络能力的网络愿景、网络构建、组合管理维度对双元创新互补性有正向影响；环境动态性在网络能力与双元创新平衡性、互补性及协同性关系中起到正向调节作用。

When implementing ambidextrous innovation, Enterprise must consider the ambidextrous innovation synergy and its antecedents. Firstly, based on literature reviews and theoretical analysis, the paper discusses the network capability and ambidextrous innovation synergy, as well as the environment"s effect on these relations, put forward hypotheses and concepts related to the model. And then through the questionnaire and empirical research, the study tests the above hypotheses and conceptual models. Empirical results showed that: network capacity on balance dimension of ambidexterity has negative effect, and on combined dimension of ambidexterity, and ambidextrous innovation synergy has positive effect; network capacity of network vision, and network building, and relationship management dimension degrees on combined dimension of ambidexterity has negative effect, network capacity of network vision, and network building, and combination management dimension degrees on balance dimension of ambidexterity has positive effect; environmental dynamism in network capacity and balance dimension of ambidexterity, and combined dimension of ambidexterity and the ambidextrous innovation synergy plays a positive role in these relationships.
