我国省域创新与循环经济协调发展的时空演进

新常态下经济转型过程中，创新能力是核心动力，发展循环经济是基本途径，创新与循环经济的协调发展关系到经济转型的速度和质量。通过采用全局主成分和协调发展度测量等评价方法，研究发现：在时序演变上，2005年以来我国省域循环经济发展水平和创新能力都有显著提高，但二者协调发展水平在大部分省市呈现下降趋势，一半以上的省份处于濒临失调和严重失调状态，不同类型的滞后因素各有差异；在空间演化上，省域创新与循环经济协调发展的空间集聚性特征越来越明显，良好协调发展和勉强协调发展的省份越趋向于沿海发达地区，濒临失调发展地区逐渐向东北、中部及周边地区集中，严重失调发展地区向“新—青—宁”等地带演化。

Abstract:

Under the new normal process of economic restructuring, innovation is the core driving force, while the development of recycling economy is the basic way; the coordinated development between innovation capability and recycling economy concerns the speed and quality of economic transition. By using evaluation methods including GPCA and measurement of coordinated development, the study found: on the timing evolution, since 2005, China's provincial recycling economic development level and innovation capability has significantly improved, but the level of coordinated development shows a downward trend in the majority of provinces and cities, and more than half of the provinces are in the condition of the brink of disorder and severe imbalance, while four types of lag factors are different; on the spatial evolution, the spatial cluster features of the coordinated development between provincial recycling economy and innovation capability become more and more obvious, provinces in well-coordinated and reluctant-coordinated development tend to the coastal developed areas , On the verge of imbalance development areas gradually concentrate to the northeast, central and surrounding, while the serious imbalanced evolve to the region of "Xin - Qing- Ning ".
