针对前瞻性战略影响效应中存在的争议和对组织内部绩效影响机理不清晰的研究现状,通过对53 家企业 109 个部门467 员工的调研,采用配对和跨层的数据调研方式检验前瞻性战略在企业内部的影响过程和效应,同时 分析前瞻性战略对团队和个体的影响效应。研究结果表明,前瞻性战略:(1)正向促进企业中团队的创新支持;(2) 通过团队创新支持正向提升团队的创新和绩效,团队创新支持中介了前瞻性战略对团队创新和绩效的正向影响;(3) 通过团队创新支持正向促进员工的创新和绩效,团队创新支持中介了前瞻性战略对个体创新和绩效的正向影响。

Based on 53 enterprises 109 departments and 467 employees, through matching and cross layer data research method, this dissertation tested the influencing process and effects of prospective strategy in the internal enterprise, and analyzed its impact on team and individual. Through the three levels of hierarchical analysis, the results show that: (1) prospective strategy positively promotes team innovation support in enterprise; (2) enterprise prospective strategy positively improves teams’ innovation and performance through team performance support; team innovation support mediates the positive impact of prospective strategies on team innovation and performance; (3) enterprise prospective strategy positively promotes the staff's innovation and performance through team innovation support; team innovation support intermediates the positive impact of prospective strategy on individual innovation and performance.
