传统医院科研管理存在用户界面繁冗、系统搭建维护高成本、数据不统一等问题，我院实现微信公共平台与“互联网 ”科研管理系统的互联互通，实现基于“互联网 ”有效提高科研管理服务水平。采用面向服务架构（SOA）理念设计出科研管理系统业务服务模型，模型的实现及业务界面的构建利用.net技术和微信公众平台构建整个科研管理系统并交付使用，为医院科研管理优化探索一条新的途径
