从自主性、安全性、稳定性三个方面分析军工企业自主可控性的影响因素。基于军工企业的自主可控特征和影响因素设置评价指标,综合运用熵值法和突变级数法构建我国军工企业科技项目自主可控影响因素评价模型,以我国18家上市军工企业2009年-2015年面板数据为样本进行实证分析,并得出实证评价结论,为进一步分析和提炼我国国防科技工业科技项目自主可控影响因素提供基础,进而完善我国国防科技工业自主可控理论与方法。

This paper analyzes influence factors of independent control ability in military enterprises from three aspects including autonomy, security and stability. The evaluation system is set by independent controllable characteristics and factors in military enterprises. Independent controllable evaluation model of China"s military enterprise in the term of the technology projects is built throughSentropySmethodSandScatastropheSprogressionSmethod. The paperSanalyzesStheSpanelSdataSof 18 listedSmilitary enterprises from 2009to 2015 as the sample to obtain the empirical conclusion. The result provides a foundation for further analysis and distillation of independent controllable factors in China’s national defense technology industrial technology projects.Thereby the conclusion will improve independent controllable theory and method in defense technology industry.
