Abstract:Human capital plays a key role in innovation performance of knowledge-enterprise. According to the knowledge elements, this paper divides human capital into obvious human capital and hidden human capital. From the perspective of knowledge management capability, discussing the relationship between human capital and innovation performance, and first proposing the mediating role and moderating effect of knowledge management capacity, then establish the mediation and moderating hypothesis model. The results of this study show that firstly obvious hidden human capital and its interaction on innovation performance has significant positive effect, and the latter is greater than the former. Secondly, knowledge management capability plays a partial mediating role between human capital and innovation performance. While there is a totally mediating effect between capital interaction and innovation performance. Thirdly, knowledge sharing positively influences on hidden human capital and innovation performance, that the moderating of knowledge creation between obvious human capital and innovation performance is non-significant. The results provide a reference and guidance in the process of innovation and development in human capital management and knowledge management for the knowledge type enterprise.
