新一轮科技革命方兴未艾,互联网正在以前所未有的深度和广度影响传统制造业。汽车产业牵涉面广、关联度大、带动性强,处于制造业的高端,既面对严重冲击,也迎来了互联网技术提供的全新机遇。本文论述了中国在汽车领域实施基于网络的产品设计/制造/服务一体化工程的重要性、紧迫性和特殊性,分析了中外汽车领域应用一体化技术的现状和差距,特别是对一体化工程所涉及的关键技术群进行了系统分析和识别分类,给出了技术发展路线图,以作为决策的参考依据。最后,阐述了实现一体化工程的不同层级与相互关系,并从国家、行业和企业等多个维度,提出了协同努力、推进实施汽车产品一体化工程的具体建议。

With the impact of new generation technologies, manufacturing industry is greatly influenced by Internet technologies. The automotive industry that widely involved with various aspects is also facing challenges. In the other hand, the application of Internet technologies brings opportunities for further improvement in automotive industry. In this paper, the application of integration of design, manufacturing and service (IDMS) in automotive industry is analyzed. The key technologies for IDMS are extracted and classified in this paper. A roadmap for development of IDMS in automotive industry is given as a reference. The application of IDMS demands the collaboration of different apartments including nation, industries and enterprises. Corresponding suggestions are given for the application of IDMS in automotive industry.
