基于2005-2014年中国省级面板数据,研究了高技术产业聚集对技术创新效率的影响及区域差异。机理分析表明,高技术产业聚集可以提供资源优势、形成技术创新网络、加剧竞争和降低成本,从而促进技术创新效率的提高。实证分析显示,在控制了出口贸易、产业成长能力、研发资本投入强度、人力资本水平和政府支持等条件下,高技术产业聚集能够显著促进技术创新效率的提高;分区域比较表明:东部地区高技术产业聚集的促进作用大于东北部和中西部地区。基于上述结论,本文提出了相应的政策建议。

Based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2005 to 2014, this paper explores the impact of high technology industrial agglomeration on technological innovation efficiency and its regional differences. Mechanism analysis shows that the high-tech industrial agglomeration can provide advantages of resources, form technological innovation network, increase competition and reduce costs, so as to promote the technological innovation efficiency. Empirical analysis shows that under the conditions of the export trade, industrial growth ability, the strength of R D investment, human capital level and government support, high technology industrial agglomeration can significantly promote technological innovation efficiency; region-specific analysis reveals that the impact of high-tech industrial agglomeration on technological innovation efficiency in eastern region is greater than the other regions. Based on these results, this paper puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations.
