Abstract:Based on Darwinian evolution model and Lamarckism adaptation view, put forward the adaptive mutation-selection-retention process of the organizational innovation evolution, analyze the effects of environmental, organizational and individual factors on the innovation evolution process, and use survey data of 322 high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to carry out the empirical research. The results show: In addition to the age of the top management, the effects of other factors on the three stages of the innovation evolution process are significant, but the intensities and directions of these effects are different. They provide some references for enterprises to adopt relevant organizational innovation management strategies in practice.
