关于风险投资对技术创新作用的现有研究大多是运用回归方法,探究投入对产出的影响。本文以高技术产业为对象,基于效率视角,运用DEA模型实证分析了其对技术创新效率的影响。分析结果表明,风险投资相对于R D来说对技术创新效率的影响更大。在此基础上,本文提出了政策含义,即合理有效地配置资本和人员投入,适当加大风险投资的投入,对于提高中国高技术产业技术创新的效率具有重要意义。

Previous studies on the relationship between venture capital and technology innovation were almost used regression analysis to explore the impact of technological innovation input to output. Based on the perspective of efficiency, this paper uses high-tech industries as the research object and adopts DEA model to analyze the impact of venture capital on technology innovation efficiency. Analysis shows that venture capital has a greater impact on China"s high-tech industry technology innovation efficiency than R D. On this basis, we propose the policy implication that rational and efficient allocation of capital and personnel input, as well as increasing the input of venture capital, has an important significance for improving the efficiency of China"s high-tech industry technology innovation.
