Entrepreneurship Growth Stage, Value Network Embedded Choice and Entrepreneurial Performance under the Background of Large Data——A case study of the enterprises of strategic emerging industries

文章研究结果显示,随着企业自身发展周期的变化,企业所结成的价值网是变化的,企业持续创业过程中的核心资源和核心能力的需求也是随之变化的。对于处于创建期的新企业,关系嵌入对企业绩效产生主要的积极的影响；对于成长期企业,企业价值网关系嵌入与企业价值网结构嵌入共同对企业绩效产生显著的积极的影响；对于处于成熟期的创业企业,关系嵌入与结构嵌入对企业绩效都不产生积极的影响；对于处于蜕变期的企业,关系嵌入与结构嵌入对企业绩效都产生积极的影响。这些研究结果为大数据背景下创业企业价值网嵌入选择方法上的创新提供了决策依据和方法指导。

Abstract:

The results show that the value network is changing with the change of their own development cycle, and the needs of core resources and core competencies in enterprises continued entrepreneurial process is subsequently change. New enterprises in venture prime period , Relations embeddedness produces major positive impact on entrepreneurial performance; For growing enterprises, relations embeddedness and structure embeddedness produce all significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance; for in a mature stage, Relations embeddedness and structure embeddedness is not a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance; for in the exuviate, Relations embeddedness and structure embeddedness have all positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. These results provide guidance and basis for making decision about value network embedding method selection and innovative methods under the background of large data.
