Abstract:Based on survey data from 598 science and technology personnel of basic level in XPCC, this article does the empirical research on influence factors of innovative ability of science and technology personnel of basic level through setting up binary Logistic regression model. This study has found that age, political statuses, income, titles, the time of electronic journal reading every month, science and technology awards nearly three years, the participation in the association for science and technology of work units, demand for further study, report to the violation of intellectual property right have a positive significant impact on the innovative ability of science and technology personnel; Earnings from the conversion of their achievements, demonstrative social effect of Science and technology awards, the fairness of the scientific research resource allocation process, the lack of academic ethics and integrity have a negative significant impact on the innovative ability of science and technology personnel; gender, education background, length of service, the time of organization trains by work units have no significant impact on the innovative ability of science and technology personnel.
