产业转型时期珠三角现代服务业集聚分布差异与政策建议*

Pearl River Delta’s Modern Service Industry Agglomeration Distribution Characteristic and Policy Suggestion in Industrial Transformation Period

摘要:

在经济转型时期现代服务业区域集聚发展已成为区域产业发展的有效方式和区域经济增长的新动力。本文在对现代服务业集聚测度指标适用性讨论并改进的基础上,着重对珠三角区域及城市之间现代服务业的集聚程度、专业化水平和行业集聚结构及其空间分布特征进行实证分析。从引导现代服务业差异化集聚发展、构建同制造业协同发展的产业生态系统和优化现代服务业区域共生发展环境等方面提出了政策建议。

Abstract:

In the economic transformation period, the agglomeration development of modern service industry has become the effective way of regional industrial development and new sources of regional economic growth. Based on the discussion of modern service industry agglomeration index and modified algorithm, the paper gives empirical research about the industrial agglomeration degree, industrial specialization level, industrial agglomeration structure and spatial distribution characteristics of modern service industry in Pearl River Delta region. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of guiding the differential agglomeration development of modern service industry, constructing the synergic development industrial ecosystem of modern service industry with manufacturing industry and optimizing the regional symbiotic development environment of modern service industry.
