推进科技企业孵化器发展4.0模式的思考

近年来，全国各地掀起了科技企业孵化器（以下简称“孵化器”）的建设热潮，各种背景和模式的孵化器如雨后春笋般涌现，为新形势下探索孵化器的建设、运营和盈利新模式进行了有效尝试。从1987年武汉东湖成立全国第一个孵化器以来，纵观30年间的发展历程，孵化器从开始的以空间出租为主的1.0模式到当前的以持股孵化为主的3.0模式，为创业者提供的服务深度和广度都在不断扩展。然而，这些孵化器也存在既无法满足创业者的本质需求、又不能解决自身的生存发展等共性问题。本文提出了孵化器发展4.0模式的概念，结合实践案例对其新定义、新趋势、新模式、新来源进行了初步的研讨，并提出了推进孵化器发展4.0模式的相关建议。

Abstract:

In recent years, science and technology business incubator(“Incubator” for short) construction boom across the country, all kinds of background and patterns such as incubators emerged like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, under the new situation, to explore the construction of the incubator operations and a new profit model for an effective attempt. Since the establishment of the first national incubator from 1987 Wuhan East Lake, throughout the course of development of 30 years, from the beginning of the incubator to space rental and the 1.0 mode to the 3.0 mode in the current shareholding incubator, providing services for entrepreneurs to the depth and breadth are constantly expanding. However, these incubators also can not meet the needs of entrepreneurs, but also can not solve their own survival and development of common problems. This paper puts forward the concept of the 4.0 mode of incubator development, combined with the practical cases conducted a preliminary research on the new definition, new trends, new models, new sources, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of the 4.0 mode of incubator.
