专利创业视角下商业模式架构的设计与合作伙伴的选择

Business Model Design and Selection of Cooperation Partners in the Perspective of Patent-based Start-ups

摘要:

介绍专利商业化的内涵、路径和合作伙伴选择的影响因素，指出专利商业化创业已成为当前专利商业化的重 要模式。专利商业化创业模式由高质量专利、互补性资产、创业团队和商业模式4 种要素构成，其中商业模式是核 心要素，决定专利价值实现的大小，在选择合作伙伴时应从支持商业模式有效构建的角度来考虑。最后提出选择合 作伙伴的策略和步骤。

Abstract:

This paper explains the concept and the path of patent commercialization，analyzes the main influences in the selection of cooperation partners，and points out that the start-up patent commercialization has become one of the most important model at present. The start-up patent commercialization model consists of four components， which are patent, assets, start-up team and business model. It is the business model that determines the realization of the patent value. The selection of cooperation partners should help establish an effective business model. Finally，some strategies selecting the suitable cooperation partners are discussed.
