企业国际化能够提升企业创新能力吗？——基于中国上市公司面板数据检验

Does Firm Internationalization Enhance Firm Innovation ？—Test Based on A-share Listed Enterprises Panel Data

以A 股上市制造业企业为样本，研究企业国际化程度对企业创新的影响，发现企业国际化能够促进企业创 新能力及创新效率提升；进一步研究企业国际化程度与企业系统风险及其绩效的关系，发现企业国际化降低了企业 系统风险，同时提升了企业绩效。检验发现，企业国际化可通过降低企业风险及提升企业绩效这两条途径来促进企 业创新能力提高。

Abstract:

Using A-share listed manufacturing enterprises as the object of study, this paper studied empirically the relationship between degree of internationalization of enterprises and innovation. The results show that internationalization of enterprises can promote innovation and innovation efficiency. Meanwhile, the internationalization of enterprises reduces the risk of enterprise system, and enhance the performance of enterprises. Therefore, the internationalization of enterprises may promote enterprise innovation capacity by reducing enterprise risk and improving enterprise performance.
