促进生物产业发展的战略思路与建议——以广州为例

内容：在文献综述的基础上,对比分析了国内外有代表性的生物产业特色园区,从产业规模、产业集群、产业发展环境、产业技术支撑等方面系统地梳理和总结了广州市生物产业发展现状；分析了广州生物产业发展面临的挑战和问题有：国内生物产业竞争态势激烈,广州市缺乏对生物产业统筹规划布局,孵化器和公共服务平台建设滞后,科技金融结合不够紧密；提出促进生物产业发展的对策措施有：完善招商工作,引进研发机构,培育生物产业总部经济,推进孵化器建设,构建公共服务平台,探索科技金融结合之路,开创协同创新模式,拓展中欧区域政策合作,加大对创新创业人才扶持。

Abstract:

on the basis of literature review, this paper compared and analyzed the representative characteristic zones of biological industry at home and abroad, systematically untangled and summarized the development status of biological industry in Guangzhou in the following aspects, the industrial scale, industrial cluster, industrial development environment, industrial technical support, etc.; analyzed the challenges and problems that the development of Guangzhou biological industry faces, namely, the competitive situation of domestic biological industry is very intense, Guangzhou City is lack of overall planning and layout for biological industry, the constructions of incubators and public service platforms are lagging, the combination of finance and technology is not close enough; put forward the following countermeasures to promote the development of biological industry, namely, improving the investment work, introducing R D institutions, cultivating headquarter economy of biological industry, promoting the constructions of incubators, constructing public service platforms, exploring the road of combining technology with finance, setting up collaborative innovation mode, expanding policy cooperation with Central Europe regions and strengthening the supports for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
