广东科技期刊出版方式现状与发展态势研究*

The State of Current Publishing Model and Develop Tendency of Guangdong Sci-tech Periodicals

摘要:

从科技期刊出版方式的定义和国内外概况分析出发,重点以广东16家有代表性的科技期刊为例,调研广东科技期刊不同出版方式的现状,分析和讨论其发展态势。结果表明：广东科技期刊出版方式呈多元化发展,数量已达7种以上。发展态势表现为从传统的的单方式(纸质)出版,正逐步走向全媒体出版；从原先的粗放式出版,朝集约式出版的方向发展；从长期以来的任务式出版,步入注重传播效果的出版。广东省和省外各50家科技期刊的比较表明：广东科技期刊出版方式的转型和优化发展呈现明显的不均衡,需要新理念、新战略、新模式、新技术和新政策的支持。

Abstract:

This paper begins by given the definition of publishing model of sci-tech periodicals, and takes 16 typical sci-tech periodicals of Guangdong as example, we convey their publishing state, analyze and discuss their develop tendency. The findings show pluralism in the Guangdong’s sci-tech publishing model which amount to at least seven kind of different model. The develop tendency of Guangdong’s sci-tech periodicals come from the traditional single model publishing to all media model publishing, from extensive publishing to intensive publishing, and from the long time task-motivated publishing to communication effective publishing. The paper concludes that the transformation and optimization of Guangdong’s sci-tech periodicals show clear disproportion, and requires new strategies, new model, new technology and new policy support.
