基于对全国知名企业247份有效样本的问卷调查,实证分析了创新协同度对创新绩效的影响,并引入组织学习为中介变量,探讨了组织学习的中介作用。研究结果表明:(1)企业协同创新中存在着创新协同度对创新绩效的影响路径,但技术与制度协同度并没有显著影响创新绩效(2)学习承诺在技术与市场,技术与组织,技术与战略以及技术与文化协同度与创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应(3)分享愿景在技术与市场和技术与文化协同度与创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应,分享愿景在技术与战略协同度与创新绩效之间存在完全中介作用(4)开放心智在技术与市场以及技术与文化协同度与创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应。

Based on the well-known enterprises’ 247 valid sample survey, empirically analyzing the influence of the degree of innovation collaborative on innovation performance, and the introduction of organizational learning as an intermediary variable, and discussing the role of the organizational learning. The results show that: (1) Enterprise collaborative innovation exist a path that collaborative innovation degrees have the impact on innovation performance, but the technical and institutional collaboration degrees did not have significantly affect on the innovation performance (2) Learning Promise haves partially mediated effects between technology and market collaboration, technology and organization collaboration, technology and strategy collaboration, technology and culture collaboration and the innovation performance (3)Share Vision haves partially mediated effects between the technology and market collaboration technology and culture collaboration and the innovation performance, and Share Vision haves fully mediated effects between technology and collaboration synergy and innovation performance (4) Open Mind exists partially mediated effects between technology and market collaboration、technology and culture collaboration and the innovation performance.
