Abstract:Based on the well-known enterprises’ 247 valid sample survey, empirically analyzing the influence of the degree of innovation collaborative on innovation performance, and the introduction of organizational learning as an intermediary variable, and discussing the role of the organizational learning. The results show that: (1) Enterprise collaborative innovation exist a path that collaborative innovation degrees have the impact on innovation performance, but the technical and institutional collaboration degrees did not have significantly affect on the innovation performance (2) Learning Promise haves partially mediated effects between technology and market collaboration, technology and organization collaboration, technology and strategy collaboration, technology and culture collaboration and the innovation performance (3)Share Vision haves partially mediated effects between the technology and market collaboration technology and culture collaboration and the innovation performance, and Share Vision haves fully mediated effects between technology and collaboration synergy and innovation performance (4) Open Mind exists partially mediated effects between technology and market collaboration、technology and culture collaboration and the innovation performance.
