知识产权创造与高技术产业发展关系研究——以京津冀地区为例

Study on the Relationship between the Intellectual Property Creation and High-tech Industry Development: A Case Study of Jing-Jin-Ji Area

摘要:

高技术产业的发展在世界范围内的角色日益突出,无论对于世界经济还是我国国内经济,深入研究高技术产业创新与发展问题都具有很大的现实意义。本文选取我国京津冀经济圈为研究对象,首先对全国1998-2014年高技术产业的面板数据进行估计,通过单位根和协整检验,在此基础上,建立京津冀地区时间序列的VAR模型。研究结果表面：(1)全国范围内的高技术产业有效发明专利与高技术产业的发展间存在长期均衡关系,高技术产业的有效发明专利确实能带动产业发展；(2)R＆D活动内部经费支出对全国高技术产业的发展作用最明显,而R＆D活动人员全时当量对高技术产业发展具有不显著的负向影响；(3)京津冀地区高技术产业的有效发明专利和产业发展之间存在双向互动关系。

Abstract:

The development of high-tech industry is playing an increasingly important role worldwide. It contains a realistic meaning for both the whole world and our China to study the relationship of innovation and the development of high-tech industry. The paper selects the economic circle which contains Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as the object. Firstly, estimate the national panel data from1998 to 2014, and through the unit root and co-integration test, on the basis of the test, set an time series VAR model. The results shows that: (1)It has a long equilibrium relationship between the effective patents for invention and the development of high-tech industry, which means that the effective patents for invention do drive the development of high-tech industry for the national range; (2)The main factor which influence the high-tech industry is the internal spending on R D activities, while the Personnel of full-time equivalent R D activities plays a negative role and it doesn’t seem obviously; (3)It has a Two-way interactive relationship between the effective patents for invention and the high-tech industry in the range of “Jing-Jin-Ji” area.
