利用国际化要素替换波特钻石模型中的机遇得到改进波特钻石模型,基于SWOT分析思想,进一步改进一般化双重钻石模型,在此基础上,以M市海洋工程装备产业定位为例,提出改进一般化双重钻石模型与SWOT-AHP集成方法。该分析方法避免了钻石模型缺乏外部机会、威胁分析的不足,弥补了SWOT分析按非此即彼方式归类界定竞争力要素的缺陷,弥补了SWOT分析设计竞争力要素缺乏理论分析范式的不足,融合了SWOT-AHP方法战略决策定量化优点。

The “revised general double diamond model integrated with SWOT-AHP” method was illustrated by the case of industry orientation of offshore engineering equipment in M city, the method has an advantage of quantitative analysis as SWOT-AHP method and make up the following defects: opportunities and threats aren’t analyzed with diamond model, competitiveness indexes only classed into one of four types(strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats) with SWOT analysis, theoretical paradigmatic is lacking in SWOT analysis of competitiveness.
