从可持续发展的角度阐述科技园区可持续发展能力的内涵,构建科技园区可持续发展能力的评价指标体系,运用层次分析-模糊综合评价法建立科技园区可持续发展能力的评价模型,对广东省15个城市科技园区可持续发展能力进行了定性和定量评价,结论为:粤东西科技园区可持续发展能力总体上远远落后于“珠三角”城市,粤东三城市科技园区的可持续发展能力略高于粤西的三个城市;并提出产业转移和劳动力转移、创新驱动、产业集聚和营造良好的环境等建议来实现广东省科技园区协调和可持续发展。

On the basis of the sustainable development theory and the guide of the systems theory, the meaning of sustainable development abilities of science and technology parks has been set up, and constructs the indicator system .Using the improved AHP-FCE method, this paper carries out the quantitative evaluation and an analysis of sustainable development abilities of the 15 cities that locate in Guangdong province of China. The conclusion was sustainable development the abilities of science and Technology Parks of the western and eastern cities of Guangdong on the whole thing was far behind the "Pearl River Delta" cities, the sustainable development abilities of science and technology parks of three cities in eastern of Guangdong is slightly higher than the three cities in western Guangdong; and proposed the transfer of industries and labor transfer, innovation driven, industry agglomeration and create a good environment that to achieve science and Technology Parks coordinated and sustainable development in Guangdong province.
