广东工业大学“工匠创客汇”前孵化器运行模式研究

摘要:

前孵化器是连接人才技术和孵化器的重要环节。广东工业大学“工匠创客汇”作为华南地区典型的前孵化器,服务平台效应凸显。“工匠创客汇”通过内部与外部的动力支撑及推动运转,多主体协同创新打造,并由开放式团队、混合式组织以及共享式交流组成前孵化的核心要素,合力推动前孵化器取得丰硕的成果。“工匠创客汇”建立了较为完善的利益协调机制和激励机制,保障前孵化服务的顺利进行。结合政策、科技、金融、产业、人才及文化等环境因素,“工匠创客汇”建立日臻完善的创新与孵化体系,获得阶段性的成功。

Abstract:

The pre-incubator is an important part of connecting the talents, technology and the incubator. As a typical pre-incubator in South China, the Craftsman Maker Space of Guangdong University of Technology plays an outstanding role in providing services for innovation and incubation. With muti-agent collaborative innovation, the Craftsman Maker Space, which is composed of open team, mixed-type organization and sharing communication, operates smoothly by the internal and external energy and receive fruitful achievement. The Craftsman Maker Space relatively established a more comprehensive mechanism of interest coordination and incentive mechanisms to ensure the smooth progress of pre-incubation services. Combining the environmental factors of policy, science and technology, finance, industry, talents and culture, the Craftsman Maker Space establishes and perfects the system of innovation and incubation to achieve success at the stage.
