In order to meet the two business restructuring and market demand, Beijing Insititute of Space Long March Vehicle continued to carry out management mode innovation, based on information technology, the integrated management system as a platform, and strive to open up the existing economic data flow, project quotation, budget, funds and other economic data, build economic data collection and sharing platform provide, problems found ways and methods to solve the problems for the management of scientific research and production, for the subsequent transformation and upgrading of economic growth and clarify ideas, identify the direction.
