随着经济的不断发展,国家《“十二五”农产品冷链物流发展规划》的颁布,冷链的发展引起了前所未有的关注。文章对冷链“断链”,“信息孤岛”,冷链“食品安全”等凸显问题进行分析,通过融合北斗导航、物联网、云计算、大数据、移动互联等先进信息技术,构建“四位一体”冷链物流工程管理技术体系,建立国家大数据分析中心和国家冷链物流大数据实时监控预警平台,打通物流信息链,实现物流信息全程可追踪,促进物流信息与公共服务信息有效对接,鼓励区域间和行业内的物流平台信息共享,实现互联互通。
