种业科教单位参与科企合作实现机制研究 ——来自西部六省的证据

Implementation Mechanism Research of Sicence and Education Units Involved in Crop Breeding Cooperation ——Based on Six Provinces in Western China

摘要:

建立以企业为主体的商业化育种机制是我国种业现代化发展的必然选择，探讨科企合作实现机制则是实现农作物种业商业化育种以及育种技术创新的关键。本文基于协同学理论，构建种业科企合作实现机制的理论研究框架，采用西部6省48个科教单位的433份调查数据，运用Logistic二元选择模型实证分析了目前种业科企合作的现状以及合作机制要素对科教单位参与合作的影响程度。并提出完善种业科企合作机制关键在于加强合作的深度，实现合作体内部的制度的明晰以及外部环境的引导与支持。

Abstract:

The establishment of enterprises as the mainstay of commercial breeding mechanism is the inevitable choice of China's seed industry modernization, and the science- Enterprise Cooperation implementation mechanism is the key to achieve commercial crop seed breeding industry. Based on the synergetics theory, this paper constructs the theoretical research frame of cooperation mechanism of seed industry cooperation, and uses 433 survey data of 48 science and education units in 6 provinces of western China, and applies logistic binary choice model to analyze the present situation of cooperation and the degree of influence of cooperation mechanism elements on the participation and cooperation of science and education units. In addition, The empirical study shows that the the key to improve the cooperation mechanism is to strengthen the depth of cooperation, realize the clarity of the cooperative system and guide and support the external environment.
