Research on the Difficulties and Measures of High-Tech Enterprise Recognizing in Cultural Enterprises--Take Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone for Example

摘要:

分析新修订的《高新技术企业认定管理办法》带给文化企业的机遇与挑战,研究文化企业申请高新技术企业认定存在的困境并提出解决对策。以中关村示范区文化企业申请高新技术企业认定现状为例进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,知识产权等认定条件是文化企业认定高新技术企业的最大障碍,需要提升文化企业的自主创新能力,并进一步完善相关政策。

Abstract:

This article analyzes the identification and management of high-tech enterprises opportunities and challenges for cultural enterprises by the new revision measures for, studies the difficulties of high-tech enterprise recognizing to cultural enterprises and proposes some countermeasures, gives empirical research about the state of cultural enterprises applying the certification of high-tech enterprise in Zhongguancun demonstration zone. The results show that the judicial recognition such as intellectual property is the biggest obstacle high-tech Enterprise recognizing to cultural enterprises, need to enhance self-innovation capability of cultural enterprises, and further improve relevant policies.
