当前我国高校已进入科技成果“大爆炸”时代,但其服务社会的职能尚未得到充分发挥,从技术行为转移到经济行为的高校技术转移还存在着一系列的制约因素。本文选取江苏省31所高校,构建高校技术转移现状评价指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析相结合的方法对高校技术转移现状进行实证研究,探究出提升我国高校技术转移的策略。

At present, universities have entered the era of "big bang" of scientific and technological achievements, but its function of serving the society has not been fully exerted. There are a series of restricting factors in technology transfer from technical behavior to economic behavior. This paper selects 31 universities in Jiangsu Province, constructing the evaluation index system of technology transfer in universities, then conducts an empirical research on the technology transfer of universities by the method of factor analysis and cluster analysis. At last, it gives some measures to promote technology transfer in universities.
