以供给侧改革为背景,基于技术进步、金融发展与产业升级间的逻辑关系,文章选取2000-2014年新疆相关数据,首先通过灰色关联分析证明技术进步与产业升级之间存在关联性,在供给侧改革的背景下,新疆需要通过技术创新推动产业升级；进而采用分位数回归的方法研究新疆金融业发展对产业升级的影响,结果发现随着产业结构升级对金融的要求不断提高,但新疆金融业并没有很好地发挥出对产业升级的支持作用,在供给侧改革背景下,需要得到进一步的改革和完善。

With the supply side reform as the background, based on the logical relationship between technological progress, financial development and industrial upgrading. This article selects the related data in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2014. First of all, it is confirmed that there is correlation between technical progress and industrial upgrading through the grey correlation analysis. Under the background of reform supply side, Xinjiang needs to upgrade industries. Then adopts the method of quantile regression analysis to studySthe impact of Xinjiang financial development on industrial upgrading, the results show that financial requirements also increase with the upgrading of the industrial structure , but the financial industry in Xinjiang do not play a very well supporting role in the upgrading of the industry, under the supply-side reform background, we need to further reform and improve.
