企业开放式创新社区管理绩效的影响因素研究

A Study on the Factors Influencing the Management Performance of Open Innovation Community

摘要:

开放式创新社区可以打破组织边界，从外部获取创新知识，实现开放式创新社区的高效管理对于企业创新具有重要的战略意义。在文献梳理的基础上，提炼了13个影响开放式创新社区管理绩效的影响因素，运用ISM分析了影响因素之间的逻辑层次关系，并总结了实现开放式创新社区高效管理的“六层次两路径”的作用机理。旨在为开放式创新社区管理提供理论支撑，提升企业创新战略运行的质量与效率。

Abstract:

Open innovation community can break organizational boundaries, obtain innovative knowledge from outside. To realize the efficient management of open innovation community is of strategic importance to enterprise innovation. Based on the literature review, 13 factors influencing the management performance of open innovation community were extracted. We analyze the logical hierarchy relations among influencing factors by ISM and summarize the mechanism of "six-level two-path" to realize the efficient management of open innovation community. The purpose is to provide theoretical support for open innovation community management, and to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise innovation strategy.
